This very popular magazine hosts all the listings of the industry here in Turks and Caicos and has a comprehensive web site to match.
Most real estate sales these days start with clients searching the net, indeed, some reports say that as much as 80% of successful sales start with on line searching.
This is a challenge for the industry, just keeping up with this medium.
However, hope you like the new look.
We have been working hard to try and reflect the islands as much as possible with the material, reflecting the sun, sea and the wonderful development and properties that are available.
