I bumped into a chap the other day.........

I bumped into a chap the other day who is setting up a new business here in the Solar Energy line, and very timely too I thought. One thing we are able to enjoy here in beautiful Turks and Caicos is consistency of sun and a lovely regular breezes... all perfect for other forms of power generation. It looks like also the local power company is taking this issue seriously as well, as they are working on the implementation of alternative power source, however it appears that diesel generated power remains the most economic base to use. So, chatting with Bob over his plans to integrate Solar Energy into the island was quite exciting. I thought I would look into the details a bit of the project and the TCI company is linked to a leading US provider in the US - www.conergy.us. This project is typical of the entrepreneurial style of opportunism that makes this small country an exciting one to live in. Over the 5 years we have lived here, we have seen major infrastructure completed, roads, highway, bridge etc, all essential for economic growth - and now by the look of it, Solar Energy is just around the corner. Great stuff!

A lovely condominium right on the wonderful Grace Bay Beach is being promoted by the owner and is now on our site. Priced very much to sell, the owners have occasionally occupied the main unit since delivery and use the adjacent unit to rent out and generate income using the management company of the development. A wise strategy and the owners can both enjoy living in style for for extended periods and have a steady flow of income to cover the core costs of both units. The furnishings are lovely and the photos on the site really do not do justice to this unit, but they certainly give a good idea. It's certainly worth a good look and the unit is immaculate condition and is being sold fully furnished, just ready to go. Contact us directly for more information of course.
For readers who are watching and waiting, now is the time to strike, as they say, a the season, perhaps ending for some, is starting to show signs of movement as confidence starts to return. Certainly here in our office in Coral Gardens we are seeing more visitors and interested tourists who are firstly truly enthused by the island, (many have only just discovered Turks and Caicos) and wish to look further into investing here for the future. Don't forget, Fractional ownership is one option available, which may suit the needs of some.
