I became a little excited this week when Jan popped up on the TV in a new advertisment talking about the Private Residence Club we are representing. Not to be confused with time share, the Private Residence Club is a new concept of home ownership here in Turks and Caicos. It started in the US with upscale mansions in the ski areas being shared between several buyers and is very popular.  In essence, you can own, FREEHOLD one month, (two weeks in the "high season" and two weeks in the "shoulder season" - from $69.000 !  This is yours for ever and a day, and for this price, this must be the best deal here in the Islands. The Easter break is now over and many friends and visitors have gone home. This is a great time of year here in Turks and Caicos, and the weather remains just great. The temperature is just lovely and those sultry evenings complement that bottle of wine that is a must!
